This is the client side of the Passerelle Portal, running on invented data. Sign in as a demonstration
client and you get what our clients get: the Performance Summary Report itself — the real document,
not a summary of one — the documents waiting for a signature and the ones already signed, signing
done in the Portal rather than printed and scanned, when the next premium is due, and where the credit
facility stands and when it renews.
It handles more than one kind of contract, because clients hold more than one kind. An indexed policy, a
whole life with its guaranteed floor drawn underneath the declared dividend, and a level term whose only
material date is the day its conversion privilege expires — each read on its own terms rather than
forced through the same table.
It also goes further than the client screen. A scenario view answers the question every annual review turns
on — what happens if this changes — and a staff workspace shows the Portal side of the
same record, where a manager publishes those scenarios, sets the assumptions behind them and sends a
signature reminder that lands on a client's phone. That screen is not something a client can reach: staff
open a client's own screen through View as in the Portal, which is how an advisor sees exactly what
the client sees. There is a prospect too, mid-sales-process, reviewing illustrations before anything is
placed.
Demonstration. Invented client, invented figures, invented documents. Dates move with
today's date so the screens always read as current. No real client record is reachable from this page.
Sign in to the demonstration
Choose who to sign in as. Three records are set up, because the answer to “what would mine look
like?” depends heavily on whether there is a loan in it — and because someone still deciding
is not looking at the same screen as someone seven years in.
How the real sign-in works. You enter your email address, we send a secure link, and the link
signs you in for that session. Nothing to remember, nothing to reset, and nothing that can be phished out
of you over the phone.
Access is provisioned by your relationship manager. What you can see is decided deliberately with your
advisory team — it is not a switch that gets left on.
Opening your secure link…
Demonstration data. Figures are illustrative and describe no real client, policy or carrier result.
What you are looking at
Four things a client should never have to chase
Reporting
The actual report, not a picture of one
The Performance Summary Report renders in the Portal exactly as it is issued — the portfolio cover,
the policy value breakdown, annualized investment returns, portfolio historical spreads and the segment
detail, on Passerelle letterhead. Download it and you get the same pages as a PDF. Every panel carries the
source it came from and the moment it last refreshed, and the policy year still in progress is marked
provisional rather than presented as fact.
Documents & signing
Signed in the Portal, filed on the spot
Read the document, adopt a signature — typed or drawn — consent, and it is executed. The panel
only unlocks once you have reached the end, so nobody signs a page they have not seen. Back comes a
signature record with a reference, a timestamp and the method, the document moves into your signed file
carrying the signature, and your relationship manager is told. No printing, no scanning, no separate
e-signature account. Asking for a copy of anything works the same way: pick it off your own file, say who
it is for, and the request is tracked on the screen until it arrives. Nobody signed in is ever asked their
name and email again — that form is for people who do not have access yet.
Being told
Contact details, preferences and push
Your details, your mailing address, who else is on the file and what each of them can see. Choose how we
reach you — email, text, or push notifications on a phone with the Portal installed to the home
screen. Push is the difference between hearing about a signature the day it is raised and hearing about it
at the review.
Scenarios
What happens if the rate moves
Move the crediting rate, the borrowing rate, the number of remaining premiums or the horizon, and the
projection, the table and the summary move with it. Your advisory team publishes the saved scenarios, so
what a client explores stays consistent with what was actually advised.
For the team
Running this in a client meeting
The demonstration is built to be shared on a screen, sent ahead of a meeting or attached to an introduction
email. It carries no client data, so it can go anywhere.
One
Open it full screen
Use Full screen on the window chrome and the browser frame disappears — on a screenshare it
reads as the application, not as a page about the application. Escape returns you to the page.
Two
Pick the structure that matches the conversation
The financed trust for a premium finance discussion, the unfinanced three-policy household for anyone
who wants to see whole life and term handled properly alongside an indexed policy, the prospect for a
first meeting. Switch between them on the dark Demo controls strip — it sits on the browser
chrome, outside the application, because a real client signs in to their own account and has no record
picker and no staff view at all.
Three
Send a link to the exact screen
Add ?client=whitmore&tab=scenarios to this page's address and it opens signed in, on that
tab. Useful in an introduction email when the point you want made is one screen deep.
Scenarios are an administrator control, not a free-for-all
In the Portal, managers and administrators define which scenarios exist for a client, the assumptions
behind each one and whether the client can see them at all. A scenario built for a meeting can stay
internal, be published to the client afterwards, or be attached to the annual review the client signs. The
arithmetic in this demonstration is deliberately simple and is labelled as illustrative wherever it
appears — a signable illustration comes from the carrier, and we will prepare one on request.

Whether or not you have access yet
Client access is provisioned one account at a time as clients are onboarded, so most people reading this will
not have it yet — the demonstration above is the whole thing, on invented records. Ask for what you need
and it goes straight to the desk that holds it.

ask for your password, and we will never request account credentials by email.
A few details let us route your message to the right person the first time — case design, credit, underwriting
or client service. Everything you send is treated as confidential.

Request access or a document
Tick what you need and it goes straight to the desk that holds it. If you already have Portal access, your
documents and reports are inside the Portal — no separate login. If you do not, ask for it here and we will
